WORST SERVICE EVER
I am awaiting a mail letter from the UK for 8 weeks now and its stuck at the JIMC because they have a backlog.<br> <br> This is terrible service as the document is urgent ive been patient for far to long now.....I NEED my documents.<br> <br> I am willing to came and collect it if someone can be so kind enough and assure me it there.<br> <br> I know it has an LK tracking number and its untrackable but the mail letter is there.<br> <br> my tracking number is:LK***US <br> <br> I called last week Thursday and the guy told me he find it and will leave it there for me for collection he than said it was dispatched to my local post office. I went to Sandton and Benmore post office its still not there.<br> <br> WHERE IS MY MAIL LETTER<br>

We have trace your item with the above mentioned custom number and could not find any track records. A follow up was made further with customs and we have been advised that items with custom labels LC, LJ,LK,LN,LM,LX are unrecorded parcels. Such items are treated as ordinary mail when they arrive in the country and are distributed to post offices without being allocated a domestic tracking number meaning they will not be available on the system hence we cannot track them from our side. Customers are advised to visit their local branches to enquire with them if they have any listed articles under their names and you are welcome to find out from your local branch if they have any shelved item for you.
If your item falls outside its delivery timescales, we recommend that you contact the senders and ask them to submit a manual enquiry with office of origin.
