Worst Service Ever!!

<p>On the 21st November I had a package sent from Post Office in Brackenfell, with the promise that the package would reach its destination within 5 working day. It is now the 01 Dec, and the package is STILL MIA. When tracking the parcel, i get the same response: The parcel is lying in Bloemfontein, waiting to be scanned and sorted. The people are rude and very unhelpful. NEVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN WILL I MAKE USE OF THE SOUTH AFRICAN POST OFFICE. I also work with clients and this is TOTALLY unacceptable. </p>
