Worst Service Delivery

On 13 March 2015 I have sent documents from Park South Post Office in Vanderbijlpark to Spain. I received a tracking number, and a month later, the documents are still not delivered. The Post Office in Spain said they have not received these documents, and I was assured by the South African Post Office that it left the country on 30 March 2015. How can we now trace these documents?? I phoned the SAPO Track and Trace number again yesterday - and after literally an hour I put the phone down... I am currently waiting for a consultant on the same track and trace number (still no luck after 30 min). This is ridiculous!!!
