Worst service

SA Post office in Halfway house (Midrand) is one of the worst service rendering enterprises.... the waiting times to collect a parcel are ridiculous... many staff members walking around with no purpose and no sense of urgency. At a time one or two tellers open ten slots available. Waiting times averaging 2hours or more. Maybe they need to reconsider their SLA's or just close down
