Worst service by SA Post Office

What a disapdisappointment with our South African Post Office.

I ordered products from the USA and package arrived in SA on the 16th of July 2018 from US tracking service. Scanned by our SA inmail centre on the 18th of August 2018...after more than 30days post arrival, noting that they were on go slow at that time. I have tried to call numbers listed on their website but NO answer!

End of October, package had still not arrived. Tracking on Post Office site suddenly showed no history of package.

For the whole month of November I have been going back and forth to locate my package, TO NO AVAIL. No answer on their customer service numbers still.

I am hugely disappointed and angry at such poor service.

This morning, 27th November, I am told to go check at JHB Post Office in-mail centre at *** contact person, no note..."just ask security to let you in and speak to the people there"...

What a disgrace of postal services...I will never ever use their services again!!!
