Worst service by far

on the 4th of May i purchased an item on E-Bay, i tracked and followed up until it reached JIMC A in the beginning July 2018, and up and till today it is still there, attempted numerous times to call, but that is only an waiting game or been send from arthur to marther, after a month of calls and waiting i am still where I was 2 months ago with the location of my parcel "JIMC A"

What a night mare.
