WORST RESPONSE I EVER GOT

i ordered 2 packages from ebay on the 28th of december 2017 and up till now only 1 package arrived and the other one did not come i tracked package it arrived in south africa 30 days ago and up till now never got the package i contacted the seller he said it arrived in south africa and i must just wait i waited 30 days and did not receive nothing i contacted jhb mail hub and they said i must contact durban mail hub i contacted durban mail and they said they cannot find the package and i must call my local post office and tell them track it for me called the local post office they said since it a small parcel they cannot track it for me as they have to many parcels the post office and customs of south africa are usless they dont know how to do their job im ****ed off as they cant even give me a local tracking number
