Worst Post office service pretoria north

I order goods from overseas and they send me proof it was delivered to the post office in Aug already and still nothing. When I go to the pretoria norths post office they tell me look yourself on our books. They dont even bother to assist. Worst service ever. I send 3 emails to their complaints department and till today no response from them.
