Worst Post office experience EVER

I have been trying to contact the post office on numerous occasions in the past 3 weeks! No one answers a phone, no one responds to an email?!! This is absolutely pathetic! I am trying to follow up on a parcel for my child's birthday, but since there is absolutely no way of getting into contact, I will have to buy him a new gift as his birthday is now around the corner
