Worst possible service you could ever get!!!!

My parcel has been stuck at Germiston Hub since 03 March 2020. I have been calling and sending emails to their customer care but I'm not getting any help. I was recently told to check my parcel by one of their agents at Rynfield Post Office, I drove all the way to Rynfield only to find that they never received the parcel. How does a person actually get help from SA Post Office? This is so frustrating. It's been 4 months already, I need the parcel urgently
