Worst parcel service

I will never again send any parcels with the Post Office. My mom-in-law send me a parcel from Heberdene Post office on the 14th of December 2021 with tracking number PE***ZA. The last update is that the parcel arrived at the Durban depot on the 24th of December 2021. Up until today the parcel is still in Durban. Looks like we are only going to receive it by Christmas 2022.
