Worst nightmare in the entire existence

I’m not happy at all. Post office has the worst service ever in the entire life. They do not check our parcels properly, even when we have our IDs and status to showbt that our parcels have arrived . Pretoria Sunnyside post office to be exact offers the worst of the worst. I went there severally to check my consignments and on several occasions I was told that there are no packages. Whils on my online app the status changed to “arrived at destination country” months ago. I don’t know who is now lying between the seller n post office cause wow South Africans and ***** yhooo I honestly don’t know wether they take our packages or what exactly is happening... You lay a complain no response from their emails. They do not pick calls when you call.. post offices are useless honestly. Nothing is ever done right with them.
