Worst main branch ever

Post office Durban central is the worst post office I ever saw there are 31 tills in the main branch and only 10 are open rest is closed came to pick up a registed letter came in at 15:30 stood in the line till 16:00 worst service ever received post office supervisor doesn't care at all
