Worst experience ever from our postal service

It was one of the worst experinces in my life as my father oreder a gadget he needs for work from oversees it arrived in SA within 3 days my dad then use the postal servisec and paid extra for it to be diliverd within 20 days, this was in December till today it has not yet been deliverd as it is beeing sent from one post office to the next and we cant get any satisfaction. And if you try to call the customer care line you just wast your money as every time we try we hold on for longer then 20 mins hearing ( our line are busy and once a agent is available we can assist you! But no one ever picks up the line. It has been more then 3 months ! My dad and i went to germiston south officec to today to find out whats going on. We were help by a Walter vawperheeoek . Wene we complaind why it was take so long he stoped helping us and told us to call the customer care line and he was unbelievably rude and asked why dident we use a private courier company! I say again worset experence ever.
