Worst experience at Albemarle Post office

I almost got assaulted at the post office by a white guy who was with his son. I was done filling out the form and there was no one by the window and I asked for assistance. A white guy who works at the post office came out and said "no need to shout because we'll attend to you" I asked for how long am I expected to stand on the queue with no one coming to assist and we argued about this and of course it turned racial because he said "this is why you people are running this country to the ground, go to the licensing department I'm not going to help you" and he called out for the next person to come. I said I wasn't moving from the window and my exact words to the white guy who was with his son were "sir I'm sorry I know this has nothing to do with you but I'm waiting for assistance so you can't come to this window and he forced his way and shoved me to the side. Long story short, construction guys came to my restue and only then did the security guard appear. This was in Albemarle Post Office just now
