WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERYDAY ALL YEAR

Worst post office ever

They kept chasing me away everyday at 16:20 from Monday 20 Sep 2021 until today the 22 Sep 2021..

1. They’re not wearing their name tags I can’t write down their names, I don’t even know who they are I ONLY know their descriptions.. monday and Tuesday it was a short dark skinned guy who told me they ran out of ALV forms but I must come the following day. I asked how come they don’t have them then but he says I must come the next day-he came me a stinking attitude as if he doesn’t care about their clients. So did the lady today(Wednesday 22/09/2021) a short light skinned lady with a very rude attitude.. attacking everyone who needed their help.

2. They don’t follow what is written on the windows. They always say they close at 16:30 for vehicle licensing renewal but they kept chasing me away way before 16:30... The worst one was today 22sep2021 when it was 16:25 I was next but they didn’t wanna let me in... there’s a dark skinned guy who’s the cashier who told the lady to not let me in(after I already went in) That guy was so rude telling me to go back. It’s like all the staff in there were hired for their bad service and excelling at shutting down clients!

THAT POST OFFICE NEEDS A RESHUFFLE OF EMPLOYEES BECAUSE WE ARE NOT GETTING THE BASIC HELP WE.. THEY ARE ALL MOT RENDERING THE SERVICES TO NE PROVIDED DUE TO

1. BAD ATTITUDE 2. UNWILLINGNESS TO HELP CLIENTS 3. PUNCTUALITY 4. FAILING TO APPLY BASIC SKILLS TO RENDER SERVICES (Friendliness=0)

IM ONLY RATING THEM A STAR BECAUSE THERES NO OPTION FOR NO STAR.

IF YOU WILL LOOK AT THIS REVIEW PLEASE CONSIDER VISITING THE BRANCH BECAUSE ITS SUPRISING THAT ALL STAFF MEMBERS DO THE SAME ****. 1 OUT OF 5 CAN FIND DIFFICULTIES MAYBE DUE TO A VERY SPECIAL PERSONALITY-BUT WHEN ITS EVERYONE TREATING BAD ITS SOMETHING ELSE..IT CALLS FOR A CHANGE OF STAFF MEMBERS!

I TRIED CALLING THE REGIONAL MANAGER TODAY(16:25) WHILE AT THE DOOR-BUT THE REGIONAL MANAGER WAS NOT ANSWERING AS WELL..

That is UNACCEPTABLE. Worst service ever
