Worst Customer Service Ever

I don't understand how they can be this useless...<br> I mean i have 5 parcels stuck in customs for too long<br> RG***CN<br> RB***SG<br> RF***CN<br> RK***CN<br> RI***CN<br> my buyers protection warranty is about to run out on the site and if the products are not up to scratch i will lose my money not only that but its products i need before i go overseas next month but they don't reply to emails. Their call centre seems to be made up of one person that hasn't learnt how to pick up a phone yet and their customer service is just an overall disgrace. I don't understand how these people are getting paid to do nothing and still want to strike when their salaries aren't paid in full... from now on their salary slips should say payment in transit for a 45 days and see what happens then.<br> <br>
