Worst customer service ever

Very disappointed and embarrassed with Kathu post office.On the 02/04/2026 I went to pay vehicle disc licence a lady behind the counter informed they have been offline from the morning. And advised to check again at noon. We went as informed we were told they still offline. Lady assisting was just on her phone we asked for alternative she didn’t care but on her phone.
