worst company in South Africa

Our parcel, sent from Australia, arrived at EMS Couriers, (affiliated to the Post Office) on the 16th October. When we phoned the Post Office they gave us a new tracking number, and we tried IN VAIN!!!! to contact EMS, who do NOT answer their phones and could not care less. In desperation, I decided that I would fetch this parcel today, 27th October, from the depot in Jet Park. We were told by the Post Office that we would not be allowed to collect by ourselves, and I decided to h**l with them. I went there and demanded my parcel, which in the end they gave me. They are the WORST company in South Africa and NO WONDER the Post Office is in dire straits. I wish I could stand on the highway with a banner and broadcast to the world just how bad they are. Go onto Google and see some of the comments. But of course nothing will make a difference as they just don't care.
