Worse service from SAPO employees

I have an international parcel which has been sitting in one post office which i cant tell where i have called the post office for over 3 weeks now about my parcel and whenever i call i get a different story, i went to our local post office they just dismissed me without even checking whether my parcel is there or not. This is very depressing as i am busy paying for storage as the parcel i am waiting for is my car parts which i could not find in south africa i had to order from overseas. Is there anyone with a way forward on how to get my parcel?
