worse service ever and i need my parcel

i have been waiting for my parcel PE ********** 68ZA that has been in transit from pretoria since 12/09/2018 and nothing happens till now and ive been sending smses to 35277 with my parcel number and send an email to ********** and still not getting a respond since October.
