Worse post office ever

Worse day ever... I have never experienced a poor service like the one I got from Post Office Scottsville, Pietermaritzburg... I went there a week ago to fetch my parcel from Presless, they chase me away, without even checking the parcel number saying their system is off.. Went again on Friday last week, same story.. Today again sane story, until I told them presless called me just now saying I must collect that's the only time they were willing to assist... But they refused to give me requesting the proof of payment, and that was also sent to them, again chased me away... This post office must close down coz they r not helping people at all, they always have excuses not doing their job.
