Wor service ever

I went to post office at 8 when they open to quickly collect my parcel before work . All the parcels are thrown into a box it took her 30 min to get my parcel . Not even apologizing for the delay. Not only was I late for work , she didn't great properly , the place is extreme untidy and she had no decency to even apologize for it . I work in a customer service environment and I will never leave my office to look like that where everyone can see it , never great someone with attitude, never take my time and not apologize . It needs to be addressed
