WOODHILL post office BAD service!!

Woodhill Post Office in PTA East FAILS to send out SMS to clients that has parcels waiting for them.I tracked my parcel and the tracking shows that my parcel is lying in the Woodhill post office for more than a month.Tried to phone but they refuse to answer the telephone.My order now has to be cancelled and they end up with my item.
