WITSPOS Post office - where is my parcel???

My registered mail (RC ********** 95ZA) is STUCK at WITSPOS since the 17th November 2018. It is meant to be delivered to Vanderbylpark. This process was started on the 14th November 2018.

No one answers the phones and this is rediculous as I don't know where my parcel is or how long its going to take!

All I see is complaints on this specific post office and how are we supposed to trust in the service if we do not get any. Please can someone come back to me as to where my parcel is and when will it be delivered to the destination?
