WITSPOS POST OFFICE- NO UPDATE

Our items were sent from Free State Bloemfontein at Stretford on the 03/12/15 it arrived to Witspos and was scanned on the 06/12/15, it was then again scanned at Witspos on the 08/12/15 again. There has been update on the item since the 08/12/15 which is exactly a week ago. <br> <br> The items are suppose to be delivered to Cape Town, surely it cannot take almost 2 weeks to be delivered to Cape Town as we get international items much quicker. The tracking number is RD***ZA and there is no contact number for Witspos as the numbers are all engaged. Please can somebody assist me, I trying calling Stretford, Cape Town Harbour and Cape Mail up and they all telling me that it was scanned at Witspos last, I can clearly see that but surely it should have arrived in Cape Town since then.<br> <br> Thank you<br>
