Witspos Mail Centre Post Office

I received 7/8 boxes, when I go to the post office branch where I was supposed to receive them they say they don't have the 8th box. I called the customer care line they didn't help and now I have to collect my box at witspos centre before my stuff is ******.

My tracking number is useless.
