Witspos Hub Parcel Tracking

Parcel number PE ********** 91ZA was sent out on the 17th November 2017 from Kelvin and landed to Witspos hub on the 21 November and says it is in transit till today, which makes it 59 days now and the destination is Bryanston. I am unable to make contact with the post office. I am concerned about the delay.
