WITSPOS (HUB), In transit for 14 days now

My international parcel has been in WITPOS HUB (transit) for 14 days now. Obviously their line is on automated voice with dials and no answer. Their email address does not get responded to. It takes people 3 days max for the item to move from witpos hub to another location. What do I do?
