WITSPOS HUB DELAY

For the first time in a long time I inadvertently sent a registered letter via SAPO intead of another courier and am regretting it. My letter RC ********** 55ZA has been stuck at WITSPOS hub since March 15th (today is the 23rd! :( ). Please can someone at WITSPOS get this sorted out ASAP?
