Witspos hub= comatose

I have been waiting for a package posted on the 28th May at Linden Post Office.6 June(today)I phoned Linden and spoke to an employee at Linden post office,never mind the fact that I could hear her answer her private phone and having a chat while I waited for information... I at least gathered from her that the package was sent to WITSPOS HUB on the same 28th May.

So now,I ask with tears in my eyes on the 6th of June why the package is still at Witspos while it is supposed to be on it's way to Cape Town.... Is service delivery just not high on anyone's agenda anymore????
