WitsPos delay with urgent package.

My package was sent to my via post on the 3rd of August 2015. I have been tracking it since then and I was moving quiet fairly towards my post office. However when it reached Wits Pos hub it been there since the Saturday the 8th of August. this is a package I need urgently and have called my local post office several times to check if they received it and still nothing. I tried calling the number available online and it remains exgaged.
