WITSHUB POS (PARCEL DELAY STILL HAVE'NT RECEIVED)

I've been tracking my parcel and is beyond SLA time. I was told about 2-3 working days. According to the post office its still at WITSPOS .Poor service and not adhering to agreed time.Please help
