WItpos Branch

<p>I am waiting for a parcel, ref: RC ********** 05ZA, that is apprarantly stuck in Witpos branch since the 30th of May 2017. This is absolutely unacceptable. Its now 12 days after the fact and the tracking information shows it is still there.</p> <p>As for the call centres, it is always inundated with callers ( I wonder why); I have spent 8 days on calls for more than 12 minutes at a time before I had to put down. The general public have better things to do than to try and manage this service. Had I known I would experience this, I would have opted for a courier servcie.</p> <p>As for the automated messaging telling us to visit the website; newsflash, the website is inaccessible.</p>
