WIT POST STOLE MY PACKAGE

I've been trying to get answers from the post office of the whereabouts of my parcel. Its been more than 4 months and still no one can tell me where the parcel is or when it will be delivered to me its been stuck in JHB Hub JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB), from Customes the 14 of May 2018 its the 18 of September 2018 today and no response. Feeling anxious, have the post office lost it? Has it been ******?? What is going on? It was sent from New Zealand and and the second package was delivered to Hillbrow Post Last week with Nothing inside the workers at Wits Post had opened and took all the package with 3 phones that where for my customers Now when calling the Wits post no answer or the put me on Hold Can please Some one who is in charge at Wits Post Please Clarify This..
