Will I get it in time for Christmas?

I ordered a parcel from Netherlands in July. The Parcel was received in SA in August. I am unable to track my parcel, the last I was able to track it, it showed delivered to JIMC end of September, and nothing further. I am unable to get any information from the post office. no answer on customer service contact numbers or emails. I just want to know where the parcel is and how long I still need to wait
