Will I ever get my parcels?

I have purchased items 7 to be exact over Ebay and it seems South Africans should never as our postal system at the hub and sorting center is just too busy. I have been waiting for my items and gosh i would like you to call the call center and tell me how long it takes you to get through!!!! There must be a better way to import things into our country and not experience this inconvenience really!!!
