Wierdapark post office is pathetic

This must be the most pathetic service in the world,I have been waiting for Parcells from January no Parcells get here imphoned the customer services and after no answer from them for 60 minutes twice I phoned Wierdapark post office 3 times the lines went dead no answer Overseas Companies don't want to send here anymore because of this pathetic service they are a disservice to the country
