Why soo long for international parcels entering SA

The SA Postal service never fails to deliver on disgusting service. I have two international parcels that have just vanished once they left their senders country. Both left on the 15/10/2015 and have never arrived in SA so either the planes they were on crashed and it was never reported or they are sitting at the international sorting center in JHB because someone doesn't feel like doing their jobs. I've tried email and calling but nothing happens. I want to know where my parcels are. Tracking numbers are RE***SE and RF***CN. Both come back as in transit from Sender. Really are they on the slowest plane known to man kind, no. They being sent to the slowest, worst postal service on the PLANET.<br> <br> Where are my parcels and what is the delay in having them sent to me. This is ridiculous services.
