Why on earth is the SAPO is still open? WHY!!!!

I subscribe to a lot of magazines, it is about the only thing the post office could still do right, occasionally. All the other services we now have to do via Woolworths, Pick 'n Pay because the Post office cannot do it, BUT yet they go on strike!!! After the strike I still did not receive my mail. Eventually when I phoned my Post office, Wilgeheuwel, 1735 I find out that the Post Office FORGOT to pay the rent to our post boxes and the landlord locked them out (as he should). BTW this happened before the strike. So I phone Krugersdorp. They have my mail but they do not have petrol money to take my mail to Wilgeheuwel. BUT yet you took my post box rental money a year in advance. How on earth. No one can tell me what is going to happen in future, where is my mail going. How do you even exist, HOW!!! The level of incompetence is just beyond anyone to understand.

UNBELIEVABLE, so not only am I loosing money on the magazines I ordered which is a lot but also on no service at my mail box.
