Why is my parcel stuck at Durmail (hub) longer than a month now, please help!

I have a parcel that was suppose to be send from Pietermaritzburg to Namibia, Windhoek since the 23/04/2019 the parcel is stucked at Durmail HUB until now. What's the delay, Parcel tracking CN ********** 47ZA
