Why is my parcel being held by customs?
My mom sent me contact lenses with the post from Germany over a month ago, it's finally arrived in Johannesburg but is now being held by customs and I can't get a hole of anyone? The tracking number is RT***DE. Why is it being held and when can I collect it?
