Why have contact numbers?

I wish I could post a screen shot of how long I have waited for customer service to answer their fone. They never did answer. What a joke having a customer service line that doesn't get answered. The apitomy of pathetic and the embodiment of inefficient. Randburg post office is never open and fones never work. Seems like no contact numbers for anything post office related ever work
