Why even bother complaining?

International parcel has been stuck in JHB for three months counting, this is after it took two months just to get if from the plane into the building. Some queries are answered three weeks after submitted, and then only state what you know, most are not answered even after re-submitting and re-submitting it.

Now, incapable to do what the primary purpose of the post office is, they take on SASSA payments as well which will undoubtedly be a mess.

Just close down you are useless.
