Why do you even own a phone?

I have tried, relentlessly and continuously, to get a hold of the Vanderbijlpark Post Office with the number provided to me from your website.

Time and time again there is absolutely no answer - How is a person expected to contact you or query something when not one person will answer the telephone?

I am honestly disgusted with the service provided both over the phone (oh, if only) as well as in person - not one staff member seems willing to assist, as though one should beg for a service we pay for.

Up your standards Post Office, and please, tell your staff to smile for goodness, customer service goes a long way.
