WHY DO WE EVEN HAVE A POST OFFICE

My parcel has been apparently at customs for the past 4 weeks. Or atleast thats according to one person. If you ever manage to speak to a person atleast. I think I know the recordings better than the lady thats doing them! Its as if nobody works there!! They don't answer any phones ****erally tried every number I could find), or emails (Again, I must have emailed the entire staff). It is SO frustrating. I just want my parcel. There's people out there *****ing and smuggling stuff, and here I am just trying to get an innocent purchase that has nothing to do with anybody. They are extremely arrogant and don't give a damn about you when they do actually answer and EVERY SINGLE PERSON gives you an alternate number to call before you even finish your query and then proceed to bully you off the phone. *** SAPO????????
