Why are you keeping my package?

My package has been with jimc a air priority mail letters south africa from the 26/01/2021 till to date I have not received it. I emailed them on the 16/03/2021 enquiring about my package and got a reply which read:

Good day Rebecca

Could you please advise when will this item proceed through customs for clearance

Its been quiet ever since, I emailed them again but no response this time. I just want my package that's all seeing that you guys have had it from the 26/01/2020.
