Why are we waiting we are not celebrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Parcel has been at the JHB international mail center Office at OR Tambo since 2019.02.03. To date they have note released the parcel , this is basically a whole month since the date of arrival, totally unacceptable , Very Bad Logistical service.
