I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service I have received from the South African Post Office. Despite numerous attempts to contact various post office branches, including Northgate, I have been met with complete disregard and lack of response.

Specifically, I have been waiting for a transfer from Edenvale Post Office since November, and my repeated calls to inquire about the status have gone unanswered. This level of neglect and disregard for customer service is appalling and unacceptable.

As a citizen of South Africa, I expect a higher standard of service from government institutions like the Post Office. It is imperative that you take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that customers receive the service they deserve.
