Who is being protected?
Billboard

We will be locked up by sunset, if we are caught *****ing!!! We pay the Post Office of South Africa for a service to courier our parcels and they call thousands of Rands lost or ******!!!

Now I'm told that the Consumer Protection Act can't help me in this matter and the Post Office tells me that I am prohibited to courier a Tablet (an electrical device).

Should we use the Post Office of South Africa if the consumer has NO recourse or should this advert be a Billboard on the N1.
